Driven by purpose, Ajay believes great events are created at the intersection of clarity, creativity, and execution. Beyond events, he is an entrepreneur in sustainability and recycling, and a Co-Founder at ASAI, creating impact beyond the events industry.

Over the years, she has developed a reputation for combining creative insight with strategic thinking, helping organizations define how they present themselves and connect with their audiences. Her work across branding, marketing strategy and creative direction reflects a deep understanding of how thoughtful design, storytelling and positioning influence perception and long-term brand value.

Alongside her continued leadership at Mind Sketchers, Shef is expanding her entrepreneurial journey with Genesis Events, bringing her creative expertise into the world of event experiences. Lucky Goyal is a Textile Engineer and Advocate with over 8 years of professional experience in operations, planning, and execution. A proud alumnus of Sainik School Kapurthala and an NCC ‘C’ Certificate holder, he brings discipline, leadership, and structure to every responsibility.

Having served as Operations Manager at Trident Group and AB Cotspin, he blends technical precision, legal insight, and process-driven thinking to the creative world of events. At Genesis Events, Lucky leads Operations and Production, ensuring every experience is delivered seamlessly, with purpose and lasting impact.
