Born and brought up in Chandigarh, with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale corporate and premium event experiences. He has worked with leading global brands including CIPLA, H&M, and Innovations India, known for his precision, creativity, and flawless execution.

Driven by purpose, Ajay believes great events are created at the intersection of clarity, creativity, and execution. Beyond events, he is an entrepreneur in sustainability and recycling, and a Co-Founder at ASAI, creating impact beyond the events industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the creative industry, Shef Choudhary heads a successful creative agency Mind Sketchers, where she works closely with brands and businesses to shape strong identities, strategic communication and impactful market presence.

Over the years, she has developed a reputation for combining creative insight with strategic thinking, helping organizations define how they present themselves and connect with their audiences. Her work across branding, marketing strategy and creative direction reflects a deep understanding of how thoughtful design, storytelling and positioning influence perception and long-term brand value.

Alongside her continued leadership at Mind Sketchers, Shef is expanding her entrepreneurial journey with Genesis Events, bringing her creative expertise into the world of event experiences. Through Genesis, she envisions events that go beyond traditional celebrations — thoughtfully curated environments where creativity, aesthetics and seamless execution come together to create meaningful and memorable moments.
